West Hollywood, CA - Artist David McGough, who Andy Warhol declared “the greatest,” is showing his photography work at fashion boutique PAR-LA in West Hollywood. PAR-LA is owned by clothing designer Patrick DiLascia. NY native David McGough worked with Andy Warhol for over 10 years and is a pioneer in celebrity photography. In the 1980’s, McGough was a premier photo journalist and worked with The New York Post for over 25 years to capture Manhattan celebrity life.
Patrick DiLascia launched in Los Angeles 4 years ago with a clothing line and showroom. Today the DiLascia brand is sold in 137 stores and 4 countries. After having a west coast showroom in downtown LA, Patrick DiLascia opened flagship PAR-LA in West Hollywood January 2011. The lux boutique features DiLascia’s own collections, as well as other California based designers.
The David McGough event will be the first Art event PAR-LA has held. March 29, doors open at 7PM.
